My 7th Grade Transition

Transitioning to seventh grade from sixth grade was a big difference for me in many ways. Shifting schedules, learning newer/ harder subjects or topics, new friends and classmates.
The hardest part was going into pre algebra and into course two math. Math has never been my strong suit so doing harder math has been a struggle to keep up with, especially when I missed a day of school when my teacher introduced a new topic.

Other than math, there has been drama in seventh grade that I try to avoid. I’m not often in drama, but I still hear about it and from what I hear it sounds like it can be stressful or complicated to deal with, especially when it has numerous people involved.
In conclusion, going to seventh grade has been hard but I’m coming around and it gets easier by the day. I stay out of drama and try my best in every class, which I think can help later on in the year on the CSA or SOL.
